Obesity a Vision for the Future:
According to (W.H.O) more then 75% women over the age of 30 are now over weight in countries as diverse as Egypt, Mexico, South Africa and Turkey. Estimates are now similar for men with over 75% as well being over weight in Argentina, China, India, Kuwait and Greece.
What causes Weight Gain?
You eat for energy and you expand energy through work, exercise and daily chores burning off the calories all the food eaten in a day, sometimes you do not burn enough calories off all the food eaten in a day what is left behind stays the body causing you to gain weight.
(1) Obesity over the years have been characterized at 3 levels
(a) Morbid Obesity
(b) Morbid Obesity (who are 100 pounds over weight)
(c) Malignant Obesity (who are generally 200 pounds over weight)
Health Consequences: Over weight and obese people are at increased risk for many diseases including the following Hypertension, Osteoarthritis, Coronary heart diseases, Stroke, Heart disease, Gall bladder diseases, Sleep apnoea, and Respiratory diseases. The U.S. surgeon general calls upon the nation in finding solution to the problems of obesity and over weight because:
(1) The economic cost of obesity in U.S.A was about $ 117 billion in year 2000.
(2) Obesity is associated with Arthritis and Depression
(3) 300,000 deaths each year in U.S.A occur associated with obesity.
Obesity is a disease but can be controlled by creating more opportunities for physical activities at work sites by promoting healthier food choices including food that is low in calories and in fat and added sugars such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains low fat and non fat dairy foods.

thanks, do u think any one would like to be as fat as the person in the picture. And please can u keep an eye on my articles and tell me where iam wrong, how i can improve myself it will help me a lot. Sorry for such a late reply i never knew i could reply u back by writing in the same box.
