These days many people are conscious about their health but still people are mostly busy or too lazy to follow a heathy routine.

Make sure to drink lots of water and atleast take 10 almonds soaked in water in the morning. It will keep your brain fresh and helps keep skin healthy.

Always take moderate quantity of food, instead of filling the stomach full.It is believed that we can live longer and healthy if we never fill our stomach more than 70~80%

Try to walk at least half an hour everyday to keep up with the exercise.
