Smokers in there 40s often have as many facial wrinkles as non-smokers in there 60s. In addition to facial wrinkling, smokers may develop hollow cheeks through repeated sucking on cigarettes.
The skin of the people who smokes a lot will have permanent damaging effects on the skin within 10 years and remain forever even if they stop smoking. You cannot change what has happened but at least you can stop further damage by stopping smoking.
